This therapeutic art escape is a weekend of opportunity to explore and express yourself in many creative ways. We supply a beautiful and safe space for you to immerse yourself into these creative and stress relieving activities and tips that you can then carry into your everyday lives. As well as these calming and insightful exercises, you will also walk away from this retreat with two completed paintings.
This retreat requires no skills or experience in art, just an open mind to explore, express and create.

What Your Innovative Weekend Looks Like...
Arrive and get settled before joining everyone for a Creative Meditation, followed by dinner and a nice glass of wine.
Start your morning with a yoga class to get your creative juices flowing before we sit down for a healthy and energising breakfast. This morning we will explore some colour therapy knowledge and creative tasks to reduce stress and anxiety, followed by a little free time and lunch before we step into our afternoon of painting. Dinner is served at 6pm and if you are still wanting a little creative fun, stick around for a Sip and Scribble evening.
For our last morning, get motivated with a yoga flow and breakfast. You will then check out of your rooms and be able to come back to finish off any of your creative pieces with guidance and ask any more of those questions you’ve been pondering. At 1pm we will finish up our weekend with a light lunch.
